Saddle up for Ranch Rodeo competition
Monterey County Cattlemen’s Association (MCCA) and the Salinas Valley Fair (SVF) have teamed up to produce a Ranch Rodeo competition. The event will take place Sunday, Jan. 14, in the Rava Indoor Arena located at the Salinas Valley Fairgrounds in King City.
Big Sur Marathon entries available through drawings
The “bucket list” Big Sur International Marathon won’t be held until next April, but the highly sought-after entries to the 2018 race will be awarded following a series of random drawings held in late July and early August of this year.
