KING CITY — King City Chamber of Commerce and Agriculture has announced the 2019 winners of the organization’s annual awards — The Garden House as Business of the Year; Dr. Timothy and Phoebe Cheney as Citizens of the Year; and Monterey County Dance Theatre and Artistic Director Jan Harkness as Friend of the Community.

Each winner was recently surprised with the news, and they will all be honored at the chamber’s Annual Awards Dinner set for Saturday, March 7.
