WALK-IN CLINIC

SOLEDAD — Walk-in Covid testing, vaccines and resources through the Monterey County Covid Collaborative and UC Berkeley Community Partnership will be available at a walk-in clinic on Saturday, March 5, in Soledad. HIP-HOP CLASSES

GREENFIELD — Greenfield Recreation Department is introducing a contemporary hip-hop dance class for beginners starting March 10. ESSAY CONTEST

CENTRAL COAST — International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) 234 is offering three $1,000 scholarships to high school graduates, one each in Monterey, Santa Cruz and San Benito counties, who will graduate during the current school year and meet all qualifying criteria. To apply, a student must have at least one present or past union member, of any affiliation, in his or her immediate family and write an essay on one of three topics. Applications are due March 25.
