VACCINE CLINIC
MONTEREY COUNTY — Monterey-Salinas Transit’s Mobility Services Center will be hosting a free Covid-19 vaccine clinic for ages 2 and up on Tuesday, Aug. 30, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. A free Day Pass will be offered to those getting vaccinated. The location is at 15 Lincoln Ave. in Salinas, one block from the Salinas Transit Center.
POP-UP PANTRY
SALINAS VALLEY — Hartnell College will host a pop-up pantry food distribution for students in South Monterey County on Tuesday, Aug. 30. The distribution will take place at 11 a.m. at the King City Education Center, 117 N. Second St., and the Soledad Education Center, 1505 Metz Road. It is open to enrolled Hartnell students, who must bring their Hartnell ID to receive one bag each.
