Juanita Q. Rodriguez, 89 of King City passed away on Friday, October 12, 2018 at Mee Memorial Hospital with her family by her side. Juanita was born December 27, 1928 in Cuidad Victoria, Tamaulipas, Mexico.

She enjoyed gardening, traveling and spending time wither family and friends. She loved to cook while listening to music. She married Issac R. Rodriguez and they were married for 39 years until his passing.

Juanita was a devoted Catholic and a long-time parishioner of St. John’s Catholic Church. She worked for Basic Vegetable Products for over 30 years.

She is survived by Mary (Bill) McHargue, Joe Rodriguez, Issac (Stella) Rodriguez, Rolando (Lorene) Rodriguez, Leonor Rodriguez, Nora (Bill) Kummert, Veronica Rodriguez; 14 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband Issac and two sons, Noe and Joel Rodriguez.

A Visitation will be held from 5pm to 7pm followed by a 7pm Rosary on Wednesday, October 17, 2018 at St. John’s Catholic Church, 504 N. Third St., King City. A Funeral Mass is scheduled for 10:00 a.m., Thursday, October 18, 2018 at St. John’s Catholic Church. Burial will follow in King City Cemetery.
