KING CITY — Virginia and Yannis Gelos of King City have been selected as the first recipients of King City in Bloom’s “Yard of the Month” award, which will be presented every month to a home selected for its tidiness and beauty in the town.
Along with a sign on their property for a month, the winners will receive a $25 gift certificate from The Garden House and will be featured in KCIB’s monthly ad that runs in the Rustler/Tribune newspaper.
This special recognition begins with the Gelos home on S. Mildred Street for the month of May.
