General Election 2020: Latest results for South Monterey County races, Nov. 6

SALINAS VALLEY — Monterey County Elections continues to count ballots in the Nov. 3 general election, which will determine the outcome in South Monterey County races for school boards and city councils as well as decide the fate of local measures.

As of Friday evening, the county has processed 133,017 ballots, representing a 64.29% voter turnout so far. An estimated 25,400 ballots are left to be counted, according to Claudio Valenzuela, Registrar of Voters.

Additional results will be released at the end of the day on Monday, Nov. 9.
