KING CITY — Chalone Peaks Middle School hosted a Color Run on Nov. 3 with more than 120 participants and volunteers, including students and families from all the King City schools.

King City Police Department escorted the runners during the 5K event around town that ended with a blast of color.

“We are looking to continue this event each year as a healthy, fun and safe way to promote family togetherness and community building,” said Maggie Adair, teacher and activities adviser for Chalone Peaks.
