King City grad serves on All-Big West Volleyball Team

Rachel Diaz completed her senior year at Cal State Northridge as a member of the 2017 All-Big West Volleyball Team as a middle blocker.

South County football players took the field for one last time high school players last Friday at the 33rd Annual All-Star High School Football Game at Rabobank Football Stadium in Salinas. Six players from Soledad, two players from Greenfield, two from King City, and one from Gonzales High participated in the game.

Mustangs 0-3 in league

The King City Mustang boys basketball team will be out to get on the win column after starting the Mission Trail Athletic League season with losses to Carmel, Soledad and Pacific Grove. The Mustangs lost MTAL games last week on the road to the Aztecs and at home to the Breakers.
