MONTEREY COUNTY — Arts Habitat’s new online sales gallery is up and running. It presents the works of artists participating in the May 2021 Artists Studio Tour. Go to to check it out. KING CITY — Mee Memorial Healthcare System announced that Dr. Roy Schindelheim, who has had a career going back more than 40 years, is preparing to retire on Nov. 20.


KING CITY — Paulette Bumbalough confirmed during the Sept. 23 meeting of King City Rotary that the annual King City Rotary Crab Feed is indeed happening on Nov. 20. She reminded that it will not be a sit-down event like past years, but instead be a drive-through format. She said tickets are now available for sale and posters will begin to go up around town soon.
