ALBA BENEFIT

GONZALES — In honor of National Agriculture Week, for every purchase of liquid organic fertilizer made March 21-28 on AgroThrive.com, the Gonzales company will donate the same amount to the organic farmers in training at the Agricultural Land-Based Training Association (ALBA) in Salinas. ALBA, a nonprofit organic ag incubator, offers on-farm education on organic farming practices, helps start-up farms take root and grow and provides access to food and education for limited-resource farmers. Like ALBA, AgroThrive is rooted in organic farming and both organizations are based in California’s Salinas Valley.
