GRAB AND GO MEALS

SALINAS VALLEY — Monterey County Free Libraries has begun offering grab and go meals and activity bags starting this week and lasting through April 30. Pickup times are as follows: Gonzales Library on Thursdays, 10 to 11:30 a.m.; Greenfield Library on Tuesdays, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.; King City Library on Tuesdays, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.; San Ardo Library on Thursdays, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.; San Lucas Library on Fridays, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.; and Soledad Library on Tuesdays, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. For information, visit emcfl.org or call 831-883-7555.


INSTRUCTION RESUMES

GREENFIELD — Greenfield elementary schools will resume online instruction beginning Wednesday, Jan. 13, announced Antonio Amezcua Jr. with the Greenfield Union School District. For information, visit greenfield.k12.ca.us.


VACCINE TOWN HALL

MONTEREY COUNTY — Monterey County Health Department will host an informational town hall about Covid-19 vaccines on Thursday, Jan. 14, at 5:30 p.m. through Zoom. The town hall format will mean people can ask questions about vaccines. Spanish translation will be available.
