RENTAL DISCUSSION

GREENFIELD ā€” City of Greenfieldā€™s Community Development Planning and Building Division will host a Rental Registration Open Discussion on Thursday, Dec. 14, for a discussion on a potential rental ordinance. It will take place from 5 to 6 p.m. (English) and 6 to 7 p.m. (Spanish) at the Greenfield Civic Center, 599 El Camino Real, in Greenfield. Snacks and refreshments will be provided.


PET ADOPTIONS

SALINAS ā€” Give a pet a loving home for the holidays ā€” and forever ā€” during SPCA Monterey Countyā€™s Home for the Holidays Adoption Event, Dec. 15-17. During the event, the adoption fee will be waived on all adoptable pets in the shelter. SPCA donors have paid the adoption fee for every single adoptable pet. SPCA Monterey County is at 1002 Monterey-Salinas Highway, across from WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca, in Salinas. Adoption hours are 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. SPCA adoptions include the petā€™s spay or neuter surgery, permanent microchip identification, vaccinations, SPCA ID tag, a health evaluation and more. HOLIDAY MARKET

KING CITY ā€” City of King is planning a Holiday Market on Saturday, Dec. 16, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., at the King City Recreation Center, 401 Division St., in King City.
