GONZALES — For those feeling stressed about the Covid-19 pandemic, Interim Inc. and California Hope will host a chat session for emotional support, resources and outreach. The chats will take place every Wednesday starting Aug. 4 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. at 411 Center St. in Gonzales.


VETERAN RESOURCES

KING CITY — Veterans Resource Center will have the Monterey County Military and Veterans Affairs Representatives at the King City Library on the first Friday of each month, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., starting Aug. 6. RECALL BALLOTS

MONTEREY COUNTY — Local voters can expect to receive a notice this week from the Monterey County Elections office with more information about voting options and what to expect in the mailed ballot packet for the California Gubernatorial Recall Election. Ballots will be mailed to all active voters by Aug. 16. The ballot packet will include the official ballot with new cover page, local voter information guide, party endorsement list and a postage paid return envelope. The state voter information guide will be mailed separately.

GREENFIELD — The Market at the Gazebo continues in Greenfield, with markets happening on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Village Green gazebo. Shoppers can find produce, dried fruit, nuts and craft vendors.
