GREENFIELD — Greenfield Parks and Recreation Committee has invited the community to an Earth Day park cleanup on April 17, to be held at Patriot Park from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Gloves and trash bags will be provided. Pandemic health guidelines will be followed, and attendees are asked to wear a mask.


SALINAS — The Western Stage is hosting an interactive audition workshop for actors looking to improve their audition experience, or for interested theatergoers curious about the casting process. Casting Coordinator Malinda DeRouen will be offering her expertise to participants in a live feedback session, including cold reading, audition etiquette and tips for success. “A View From the Casting Table” takes place via Zoom on Monday, April 19, at 6 p.m. The virtual event is free for Hartnell students and TWS subscribers; $5 general admission.
