KING CITY — It’s getting to be that time of year again, and the Salinas Valley Fair wants community members to become exhibitors at this year’s Fair, May 16-19, in King City.

Entries are open to residents in Monterey, Santa Cruz, San Benito and San Luis Obispo counties.

There are thousands of items the Fair wants exhibitors to show off — fresh flowers, potted plants, brownies and quilts, photographs, scrapbooks, birdhouses and more.

“It’s not just for 4-H and FFA exhibitors, it’s for everyone,” according to the Fair. “The more exhibits the better. So if you have an idea, enter it!”

For entry information, go to SalinasValleyFair.com, or visit salina.fairwire.com to enter a project. Entries must be submitted online only.

All entries are due on or before Monday, April 1.

For more information about entering the 2024 Fair, call the Salinas Valley Fair office at 831-385-3521 or email [email protected]

Fair staff can help residents choose the right competition to enter that fits their project.
