Personnel from King City Fire Department attended the Patriot Day commemoration in Greenfield on Monday. City of Greenfield hosted the special ceremony, held outside the Greenfield Civic Center, to mark the 22nd anniversary of the 9/11 terror attacks. Along with KCFD, Greenfield firefighters and officers were also joined by first responders from neighboring agencies, including South Monterey County Fire Protection District, Correctional Training Facility and Monterey County dispatch. Following the morning service, the first responders were treated to breakfast at the Greenfield Memorial Hall.
