King City Police Department hosted its latest “Chat with the Chief” series with Police Chief James Hunt on Sept. 27 at Bloom Coffee Shop, located at 301 Broadway St. The hour-long event offered an opportunity for the community to discuss any issues with the chief. The series will continue this month on Oct. 18, from 9 to 10 a.m., at Castro’s Bakery and Deli, 1011A Broadway St.; and Oct. 25, from 3 to 4 p.m., at Don Miguel’s Bakery, 620 Broadway St.
