Maria T. Benavides, born December 21, 1928 in La Ventana Coahuila, Mexico, passed away peacefully on the beautiful spring morning of March 30, 2019.
She was a resident of King City for over 60 years and was preceded in death by her loving husband, Chago, her son, Jimmy, her grandson, Michael, and her great grandson, Hector.
She is survived by her children, Laura, Diana, Oscar, and Raul along with 18 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, a great great grandchild, and her loyal Chiweenie, Suzy. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.
The viewing will be held Friday, April 5, 2019 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in King City from 11 am to 12 pm, followed with rosary and Mass. She will be laid to rest beside her loved ones at the King City Cemetery.
