KING CITY — King City Police Department is asking for the community’s help in finding the suspects involved with a shooting Tuesday night.

At about 7 p.m. on Nov. 15, local officers responded to a report of multiple shots heard in the 500 block of North Second Street, where they located more than 20 spent shell casings and multiple vehicles that suffered bullet impacts.

“The area was canvassed for suspects, victims, and witnesses,” police said in a news release. “No victims were located.”

Community members are being asked to review their home and business surveillance systems for any suspicious activity 30 minutes prior to and 30 minutes after 7 p.m. on Tuesday.

“If you think it is relevant or have a concern about something that your video captured, do not hesitate to contact the King City Police Department so an officer can review the footage,” police said.

Anyone with further information regarding this case is encouraged to contact Sgt. Anthony Shaw at 831-386-5996 or [email protected]; or call the WeTip line at 1-800-78-CRIME.
