Our online scheduling option gives you the flexibility to make online appointments at our clinics on your own time, whether that’s early in the morning, during your lunch break, or late in the evening.
More Than Just Scheduling
Once your appointment is scheduled, you’ll receive convenient text reminders to help you remember and prepare for upcoming visits. These reminders can reduce missed appointments, make completing intake forms quick and easy, and help keep your healthcare on track.
Patients can also use the online system to request refill authorizations for existing prescription medications. Instead of calling, you can submit your refill request online, saving valuable time while helping you stay consistent with your treatment plan.
Who Can Use the System?
New and established patients who have Mee Memorial as their primary care clinic can use our online appointment system for:
• Annual wellness visits and routine check-ups.
• Well child checks for patients under 18.
• Minor, non-emergent symptoms needing a same-day visit.
• Requesting a refill of an existing medication.
• A follow-up after an emergency room visit, especially if you were advised to see a provider within a few days.
If you have a Medi-Cal or Central California Alliance for Health plan, confirm that Mee Memorial is your assigned clinic before booking. If we are not your assigned clinic, contact the Alliance to update your assignment before making your appointment.
Important Exceptions
The online appointment system is not meant to support complex post-hospitalization appointments, chronic disease management or behavioral/mental health evaluations. And, in an emergency or life-threatening situation, you should call 911 or go straight to the nearest emergency room.
