KING CITY — Five members of King City Boxing Club, along with Coach Rodolfo Tapia, recently traveled to Livingston to compete in the California Junior Olympics Championships.

Competing were: Ivan Almanza, 13, 95 pounds; Kaleb Almanza, 10, 75 pounds; Andre Mosques, 9, 80 pounds; Miguel Hernandez, 12, 70 pounds; and Bryan Cruz, 12, 75 pounds.

Ivan Almanza, Hernandez and Cruz all won gold medals. Mosqueda and Kaleb Almanza took home silver.
