KING CITY — Esmeralda Zamora with Reiss Design Studio of San Luis Obispo will be one of the speakers Wednesday, June 15, at the King City Chamber of Commerce and Rotary Club joint noon-time gathering in support of Beautification Week.
Zamora’s talk is titled, “The role of Architecture in Beautifying Downtown King City.” She will be giving an update on plans for the new King City Visitor and History Center as well as other downtown projects.
The public is invited to the event scheduled for the DeAnza picnic area of San Lorenzo Park.
Zamora has worked for Reiss Design Studio for two and a half years as an architectural drafter and has an architecture degree from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.
She also has a financial background that focused on customer service and regulatory compliance. She is passionate about financial and design literacy and enjoys opportunities for community gatherings and involvement.
Also joining the event will be Cesar Sierra, who is an architectural designer, a Cal Poly SLO graduate in architecture and has been part of the Reiss team for more than three years.
