KING CITY — King City Rotary Club is accepting applications for its 2026-27 community service grants and event sponsorships, with $9,500 available this year on a first-come, first-served basis.
Typical grants range from $500 to $1,000. Requests will be reviewed several times throughout the Rotary fiscal year, with application deadlines set for Sept. 10, Dec. 10, March 10 and June 10.
Funding is available for programs and projects serving King City, San Lucas, Lockwood and southern Monterey County. Applicants are encouraged to apply early.
To qualify, organizations must be nonprofit and volunteer-based and demonstrate that funding will support a community service project or necessary administrative or operational expenses for a nonprofit volunteer organization serving the community.
Requests also will be evaluated using a scoring rubric.
