SALINAS — California Rodeo Salinas is accepting applications for the 2025 Miss California Rodeo Salinas contest, which will take place July 1-3.
This year’s winner will be crowned on July 3, and interested contestants must submit their applications by April 28.
Vianette Garcia, Miss California Rodeo Salinas 2024, has represented the Rodeo with grace and enthusiasm, embodying the Western heritage and traditions that make this event so special.
“Being Miss California Rodeo Salinas has been a dream come true,” Garcia said. “Every day brings new opportunities to grow, give back and connect with others. I’m thankful for the incredible people I’ve met along the way, the lessons I’ve learned, and the memories I’ve made.”
The competition to find her successor is now open, offering young women the opportunity to earn the title and serve as an ambassador for one of California’s premier rodeos.
The contest includes horsemanship, public speaking and personality competitions, with contestants showcasing their knowledge of rodeo, equestrian skills and poise in various judged categories.

The winner of the 2025 Miss California Rodeo Salinas title will represent the California Rodeo Salinas at various community and rodeo events throughout the year, serving as a role model and spokesperson for the sport of rodeo and western way of life.
The 115th California Rodeo Salinas will take place from July 17-20.
