KING CITY — King City Police Department is asking the public’s help to locate a 13-year-old girl from King City who went missing Friday after being dropped off at the Salinas Valley Fair.
GUADALUPE CAMACHO
On May 20, at about 9:41 a.m., officers responded to a missing person report in the 300 block of Mustang Court. According to police, Laura Alicia Calderon dropped off her daughter Guadalupe Camacho, 13, at the fair, located at 625 Division St., on May 19 at about 2 p.m. They were in contact until about 10 p.m., but Camacho never returned home.
Calderon said her daughter texted her at 1 p.m. on May 20, writing that she was with a friend. As of May 22, Camacho has not returned.
Camacho was last seen wearing blue jeans, which are torn at the knees, a burgundy jacket and a gold necklace. She is about 5 foot 6 inches tall and weighs 115 pounds. She has long brown hair and brown eyes.
