CLEANUP HOTLINE

MONTEREY COUNTY — Residents who need assistance with damage from flooding can call the home cleanup hotline at 844-965-1386 to ask for help. The hotline, which will remain open through Friday, Jan. 27, will connect residents with volunteers from local relief groups who can help with drywall, flooring and appliance removal; cut fallen trees; tarping roofs; and mold mitigation.


MERCHANTS MEETING

SOLEDAD — Soledad Merchants will host its monthly member meeting on Wednesday, Jan. 25, at 5:30 p.m. at Soledad Round Table. There will be presentations from business-supporting organizations Building Business Back and the Workforce Development Board, and the business spotlight presenter will be Grocery Outlet. COFFEE WITH COPS

KING CITY — King City Police Department will have its first Coffee with a Cop event of the year on Thursday, Jan. 26, from 8 to 9:30 a.m. at Hestia, 320 Broadway St. Suite B, in King City. The event is an opportunity for residents to meet, greet and discuss anything with local officers.
