KING CITY — King City Young Farmers was given a Certificate of Recognition for raising $5,600 for South County Animal Rescue (SCAR) at a recent fundraiser lunch. 

Mark Philips accepted the award from Lou Rinehart and Rosemary Soto at King City Rotary Club’s May 25 meeting, during which SCAR discussed its need for volunteers. Visit scar.pet for more information.
