King City is preparing for the holiday season with decorations and several community events, including this Friday’s Christmas Parade at 6 p.m. downtown, a Holiday Market on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the fairgrounds, and the return of “The Nutcracker Ballet” next weekend, Dec. 12-14, at Robert Stanton Theater.
