Heaven got another angel, Patricia “Pat” Duckworth passed away surrounded by her loving family on September 27, 2018.
Pat never knew a stranger and would do anything for the people she loved. She was a hard worker and loved working with her “kids” while she worked as an IA for the King City School District for 45 years. During her employment she not only helped educate many children, she was also a 4-H co-leader in Quilting and Arts and Crafts.
For over 25 years she was a volunteer for the Monterey County Special Olympics. She also loved knitting slippers, quilting, needle point and playing BUNCO with her family. But more importantly she loved spending time with her family and friends.
Pat was born on November 30, 1944 in Montana to Marjorie Legreid Foucher and Joseph Roderick Foucher. She graduated from Bremerton, Washington. She met Clint Duckworth and in 1963 Pat and Clint married, and moved to King City to live and start their family.
Pat is survived by her husband Clint, three children Joe (Barbara) Duckworth, Elizabeth (Luis) Morales, and William (Stephanie) Duckworth. Five grandchildren Clint Duckworth, Kayla (Kyle) Burgess, Kira Duckworth, Kimberly Duckworth, and Jared Duckworth. Great-grandchildren Braylon and Kayden Burgess. Sister Irene (Hank) Duckworth. Her In-laws, Len and Juanita Duckworth, Irene Duckworth, Bill and Jerry Press, and Hank and Irene Duckworth. Numerous Cousins, Nieces, and Nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents Joseph and Marjorie Foucher, and a newborn brother.
Pallbearers will be: Joe Duckworth, William Duckworth, Luis Morales, Tom Shepherd, Brandon Gillett and Justin Mantel.
Honorary Pallbearers will be: Al Duckworth, Devon Blacks, and Emmitt Blacks.
Special thanks to Heartland Hospice, and her nurse Walter, along with family doctor, Dr. Bruce Greenberg for the great care she received.
Services will be held at Eddington Funeral Services Chapel.
