To the Editor:

Thanks for bringing Steve Wilson back to your pages. I found his column about words in last week’s edition creative, thought-provoking and thoroughly enjoyable.

In contrast, your other contributing columnist’s whining about what he deems unfair felt like its complete antithesis. Closing with unsubstantiated rants about his political opinions, Mr. Worthy validated Mr. Wilson’s choice to close his column celebrating solitude.

Distancing ourselves from the constant bombardment with unworthy views that has become standard fare, even in the pages of the Rustler, is life enhancing, and perhaps even life-saving.

Thanks for restoring the balance of good writing and creative ideas we all deserve.
