KING CITY — Team members of the King City High School wrestling team, coaches, and families celebrated the end of the season with a pizza banquet on March 29.
The Mustangs received participation certificates and team awards.
Special team awards were handed out by Coaches Hart and Mitchell to the following wrestlers: Michael Hart (Most Valuable Wrestler); Devante Anderson (Outstanding Wrestler); Christian Rose (Sportsmanship Award); Andres Cervantes (Most Improved Wrestler); Leslie Escarcega (Most Improved); Eduardo Cesareo (Coaches Award); and Yesenia Velasquez (Outstanding Wrestler).
