KING CITY — First Capital Bank was recently named the winner of the Ninth Annual Business Decorating Contest, hosted by the King City Chamber of Commerce and Agriculture.
Judging was based on five criteria: window presentation, interior decor, execution of theme (“A Christmas Story”), exterior of business and overall impression.
