Escobar crowned-

Rena Escobar of Salinas showed off her personality, horse riding skills, and poise to win the honor of Miss Salinas Valley Fair.
Escobar won the title on March 18 at the Salinas Valley Fairgrounds Pavilion building.
Escobar is the daughter of Gary and Cheri Escobar, and is a senior at Notre Dame High School. She has been riding horses since she was 4, going so far as to compete at local horse shows, ranch rodeos and gymkhanas. She is just starting team roping. ….
