Ryan S. Chaney passed away on July 21 at the age of 36 in Beaverton, OR. He was born on June 3, 1990 and grew up in King City, where he graduated from Monterey County Home School. He entered the US Air Force as an airman in Security Forces, serving for 7 years in Okinawa, Hawaii, Qatar and the Philippines. He is survived by his children John, Evangeline, Penelope and Erik Chaney; his parents Steven and Gail Chaney of King City; and his brother Greg Chaney of Paso Robles.
