MONTEREY COUNTY — Monterey County Office of Education (MCOE) is inviting the public to participate in its Inside Education Monterey County upcoming 2025-26 tours.
Participants will experience the challenges and triumphs of public education firsthand by embarking on a dynamic half-day field trip, exploring classrooms and programs throughout Monterey County. From September through March, community members are invited to discover new educational insights and become better equipped to support local schools.
Attendees will witness the extraordinary efforts of local educators and administrators.
“Inside Education Monterey County provides community members with a first-hand interactive look at local educational programs, services and partnerships,” said County Superintendent of Schools Deneen Guss. “Inside Education will change how you understand public education and give you a fresh perspective about the future of our communities and our world.”
Participants meet at MCOE’s Board Room, located at 901 Blanco Circle in Salinas, beginning at 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. for all scheduled tour dates.

- Friday, March 13 – Early Learning program
