SALINAS — Hartnell College will once again host the upcoming STEM Expo, a pivotal event designed to immerse attendees in the dynamic world of artificial intelligence (AI).
Scheduled for Wednesday, March 20, at the Hartnell STEM Center Planetarium in Salinas, this Expo promises to be a cornerstone event for students, professionals and enthusiasts interested in the intersection of AI and society.
Jason Sedano, vice president of innovation at Taylor Farms, will deliver an inspiring keynote on “An Insight into the Future of AI,” offering a glimpse into what the future holds for AI technologies and their application in various sectors.
A panel of esteemed experts, including Luis Alvarez, John Baltz, Thomas Atchison and Garrick Kremesec, will delve into crucial topics, such as Ethical AI, AI in Industry, AI R&D, and the societal impacts of AI. This discussion will provide a comprehensive overview of the challenges and opportunities presented by AI.
