KING CITY — King City Boxing Club traveled to Wichita, Kan., last week to compete in the National Junior Olympics, with three boxers bringing home medals.

After four days of competition, the club had three boys ages 9 to 12 compete in the tournament.

Bryan Cruz and Andre Mosqueda each won a silver medal, while Miguel Hernandez received bronze.

In the coming months, the boxers and Coach Rodolfo Tapia will travel to Texas, Oregon and Ohio to compete in other tournaments.
