SOUTH COUNTY — Southern Monterey County Republican Women Federated awarded $1,000 scholarships to Bret Wilkins from King City High School (above) and Luz Andrea Perez-Ponce from Greenfield High School (below). Wilkins will be attending University of Hawaii, majoring in international business management. Perez-Ponce will be attending Santa Monica College, majoring in theater arts and political science.
