
A slew of festivities this year celebrated Independence Day in King City, including Pacific Valley Bank’s Fourth of July Parade on Monday; a fireworks show held the prior evening by King City Chamber of Commerce and Agriculture; a celebration at San Lorenzo Park, where hundreds of guests arrived for a car show, family games and a barbecue prepared by the King City Young Farmers; and another July 4 festival held south of town at Wildhorse Cafe, complete with vendor booths, food and a car show.
