KING CITY — Applications for Fourth of July fireworks booths in King City are now available online.

The applications can be found at the City of King’s website kingcity.com, under “Documents and Forms – City Manager.”

The deadline for submitting applications to King City Hall, 212 S. Vanderhurst Ave., is Thursday, March 2, at 5 p.m.

Three permits will be available for nonprofit organizations to utilize for community fundraising. If the City receives more than three applications, permits will be awarded through a lottery selection process.

There is an application fee of $35 and permit fee of $375.

Fireworks may be sold from noon June 28 through July 4 at 8 p.m. The lottery to select the applicant will take place March 28.
